How to pair Wisualarm smoke detector with the gateway?
Finish gateway’s internet setup first. Log into its admin panel, go to "Device Pairing". Put Wisualarm into pairing mode (hold setup button till light flashes). Select the detector in the gateway’s scan list to complete pairing.
How to confirm Wisualarm is connected to the gateway?
Log into the gateway’s admin panel → "Connected Devices"—it shows "Online". Both gateway’s sensor light and detector’s indicator light stay solid blue.
Can the gateway connect multiple Wisualarm devices?
Yes (up to 24 devices can be connected). Pair each device separately: put it into pairing mode, scan and select via the gateway’s panel. Label devices for easy monitoring.
Wisualarm alerts but gateway doesn’t send notifications—why?
Ensure gateway has stable internet. In admin panel, check "Alert Settings"—enable Wisualarm notifications. Verify linked phone/email is correct. Update gateway firmware if outdated.
Do I need to adjust settings when replacing a Wisualarm detector?
Yes. In gateway’s "Connected Devices", remove the faulty one. Pair the new detector as usual. Re-label it if needed—no other settings changed.
