To connect your smoke detector to the gateway, ensure the detector is powered on and within range. Use the gateway's mobile app to follow the pairing instructions, which typically involve selecting "Add Device" and confirming the connection.
Will I receive notifications if my smoke detector is triggered?
Yes, when your smoke detector is connected to the gateway, you will receive instant notifications on your smartphone whenever the detector is triggered. This ensures you are alerted immediately, no matter where you are.
Can I connect multiple smoke detectors to a single gateway?
Absolutely! Most gateways allow you to connect up to 24 smoke detectors. This enables you to monitor different areas of your home simultaneously, keeping you fully informed of any smoke detection.
What should I do if my smoke detector is not connecting to the gateway?
If your smoke detector is not connecting, check that it is powered on and within range of the gateway. Ensure you are following the correct pairing procedure in the app. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact customer support for assistance.
Why does the detector show offline when it is connected to the gateway?
Please check if the gateway is too far from the WiFi location. If it is not a distance problem, please press the test button on the detector device and check if there is a notification of re-online on the APP. If none of the above methods can solve the problem, please contact us. Thank you.
Why can't I enter the login page after downloading the Wisualarm App?
