Where can I place a heat detector in my home?
Heat detectors are more sensitive to abnormal temperatures. We recommend placing heat detectors in kitchens or bathrooms to better detect the temperature of the environment.
How many heat detectors are generally needed?
Generally, a family can use two heat detectors, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom, and a smoke detector in other rooms. After using the gateway, you can also check the device status in the mobile app.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
