Yes, this series supports wireless interconnection. If a detector in a distant hallway detects smoke, all other interconnected alarms in the apartment will sound simultaneously.

What should I do in the event of a false alarm?

The detectors feature a "Hush" function. You can pause the alarm for 10 minutes with a single press if it was accidentally triggered by water vapor or dust.
