• Free shipping for orders over €29 to European destinations.
• Standard Rates:
  • Most European Countries:
    • Orders under €29: €3.50
      
    • Orders €29 and Over: FREE
  • Special Regions (CH/NO/IS/SM/VA):
    • Flat Rate: €25.00 (regardless of order amount)

Dispatch & Transit Time

• Dispatch: 1–2 business days
• Carriers: Primarily DHL, with some orders via UPS  or GLS
• Transit Time: 
  • Germany & UK: 1-3 business days.
  • Other Regions: 3-5 business days.

    • Clear Photo of the shipping label
    • Clear Photo of the received item

Returns & Exchanges

• Orders Not Yet Received (In Transit)
  • If you wish to cancel or return your order while it is still in transit, please refuse the package when it arrives.
  • If you are unable to refuse the delivery, please ensure the original packaging remains unopened and intact to be eligible for return and refund.
• Orders Already Received
  • Please ensure they are in their original condition and packaging and contact us for return label and return address.
