Area 2: Requirement to properly mark the junctions of fire barriers with external walls and roofs in large commercial, production, and warehouse buildings.

• Hotel rooms and residential premises offering short-term rentals must be equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors by June 30, 2026.
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors must be installed in residential areas where fuels are burned, starting January 1, 2030.
• In newly built residential buildings and units providing hotel services, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors must be installed within 30 days of this proclamation's publication.
